PHOTOGRAPHY FAQs
The Basics:
Arrive ready to shoot. Concept, hair, etc. must be prepared prior to shooting.
Clients are not allowed to bring more than two guests to their session.
All discrepancies in regards to photos (edits, etc.) MUST be addressed within a 48hr time frame, otherwise your request will be ignored.
Under no circumstances are clients eligible to obtain refunds after services are rendered.
Is there a required deposit?
Yes, there is a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required for the confirmation of all bookings. The remaining 50% of your shoot is paid the day of our session. This deposit is REQUIRED to set and confirm all booked sessions.
Travel Policy:
In-State Travel: Travel outside of a 15 mile radius is subjected to a transportation fee.

Out of state travel: Client is responsible for gas/flight and hotel fees as well as my service fee.
There is a $100 equipment transportation fee for clients that need ROBNSN Photography to bring backdrops, backdrop stands, etc. to any location.
Lateness Policy:
Please arrive to your session on time. Clients are given a 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD for lateness.
After 15 minutes has passed, there. will be a $10 late fee for every 15 minutes. (Lateness will DEDUCT from original shoot time.
If client fails to show up 30 minutes after their scheduled appointment, client is subjected to a $45 late fee and will forfeit their shoot for that day.
Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling must occur 1 week before the original scheduled date.
Rescheduling that is done before the 1 week rescheduling notice will NOT be charged.
Rescheduling done during the 1 week span will be subjected to a $25 rescheduling fee.
APPOINTMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION: COMPENSATION WILL BE PROVIDED AND DISCUSSED.
Cancellation Policy:
There is a $50 cancellation fee.
Deposit is retained as credit until your next booked session.
Turnaround Time:
Please allow 5-7 business days for your images to be delivered.
24hr turnaround: $65
48hr turnaround: $35
For weddings: please allow 5-6 weeks for your images to be delivered.
Additional Fees & Info:
Outfit changes outside of your package are $50 per outfit and will include 3 additional photos.
Retouched images are photos that are thoroughly edited (blemish removal, hair manipulation, skin adjustments, color grading, etc.) This process takes time, which is why the final image count may not be as high as expected.
Additional retouches images outside of your page are $15 per image.
